Wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed my battery now 04 envoy wont start. All the dash
lights come on then go off but nothing. Battery light stays
on. Checked all the fuses. I moved it to change the battery  
now nothing. The security light does not stay on

Did someone try to jump start it? If so, could be the mega fuse, right in front of the fuse box. 3" long black fuse 2 screws. If it's jumpstarted off of that terminal, this fuse will blow.

No. We put a new battery in. And all the gauge lights come on. Headlights even the heater and radio But wont turn over. Security light does not stay on
