Is my truck going to break down again?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have a 95 GMC Sierra 4x4 with
the 5.7 In it. When I was pulling in to
Taco Bell today it died on me, I tried
to start it and it would try to turn over
but wouldn't start. I thought it might
be the fuel pump so I took off the fuel
filter (fuel filter is good ) to see if I had
flow from my pump and I did. I put it
back on and it started up and and
now runs. It's been running a little
rough before and still but not sure if
that's the same problem. The truck
did sit for about a week and 1/2 right
before all off this. I just don't know if
it's going to break down again. Thank
you I would love some help.
