2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL brake pedal stuck - had to manually lift it up - and it was fixed- to start ignition

Question- will the manufacturer stand behind the cost to repairs? Is there a
safety recall on a locking Parker pedal? There SHOULD be!

RESEVOIR WILL BE TOPPED OFF IF NO LEAK IS PRESENT. IF THERE IS A LEAK IN THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER IS IDENTIFIED THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

I 100% agree that a 2010 Nissan should not have this problem. But The link above shows recalls. The second post is a Bulletin, not a recall
