Are these acceleration and shifting problems happening with manual or automatic?
Big concern about shifting probs and loss of power! Are the Ford Edge models
manual or automatic? AWD ?

All 2015 Ford Edges have a six speed automatic transmission, standard is not available. It is a front wheel drive design and AWD is optional where a rear differential is added to assist in snow. If your vehicle is not running right, scan for codes that will also cover transmission problems. If you think all Edges have problems, call a Ford dealer with you VIN to see if there is a recall or a service bulletin and you have not been notified. Even if you don't own this vehicle, you can still call the Ford dealer with the VIN.
