Where is the hidden key lock on 2018 Traverse Redline to
get in the vehicle when key fobs went inoperative at the
same time?

In case of loss of vehicle power, press the button on the side of the transmitter to pull out the door lock key. Remove the cap on the rear part of the driver’s door handle to access the lock. (This is from the owner's manual.)
