Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started fine, ran rough & then quit. Replaced the ICM, still won't start. Have spark off the coil and at the plugs. I have replaced all of the following parts:
Fuel pump, filter, coil, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, mass air flow and sensor, this truck still will not start. Please help ASAP.

Those are both within range. I have checked all the plugs, the cap and rotor and all seems to be fine and within spec. It just will not start, it is now acting like it wants to start but it just wont start.
