Probably a leak in the brake booster vacuum lines , get new plug wires and route them away from grounds and each other , I've seen cars come back from a mechanic with the a new plug wire sitting on the exhaust manifold , lot of clowns out there be careful

If your idle speed goes up when you apply the brakes, you have a vacuum leak in the brake booster assembly. Also, it's not uncommon for idle speed to go up when you remove a vacuum line while the engine is running. Bleeding the brakes won't help at all with your current problem because it's not the cause. The cause is a vacuum leak. See this post on causes of high idle: https://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/high-idle-rough-idle/
