No voltage to fuse panel: courtesy circuit

Have a 1991 Chevy 1500. The dash lights,
radio, horn, and interior dome light do not
work. The fuse is good. I pulled the fuse To
check to see if power was he even get into the
fuse end it is not. I have ground. What is
wrong?

note the picture, check the battery junction block. If fusible links, check those, one way to check, pull the wire, if it stretches, the link is faulty. There should be voltage at the junction block, use a test light. Your fuse box may have a problem? You might be able to run jumper wire from a fuse that has voltage to the fuse that doesn't, for testing, to see if components work? That's shadetree way to fix something, not the proper fix. My wiring diagrams for your model year aren't very good.
