got power to switch for heater and air but nothing blowing,could be it be the fan?help

This is an easy test/fix. The fan should be located on the passenger side of the firewall, looks kind of like half a coffee can mounted with 3 bolts to the firewall. Two wires run to it. Apply 12 volts with test leads across the fan motor and you should have some action from the motor -- if not, replace it. A new unit costs about $15. If you have movement of the fan when you apply the test leads, but not from the switch, you may have a bad blower relay or short in the wiring to the fan.
The entire control panel could be bad. Mine went bad for no reason.
