Timing belt. Best replaced at 90K or when water pump starts leaking. Replace thermostat and have timing belt covers checked for cracks.

Yes, try to replace your timing belt as the manufacturer suggests. Any good mechanic will replace most belts, thermostat and water pump. I replaced at 120k but my car is over 12 years of age and well maintained. Failure to replace can cause your engine to fail which means major repair or replacement.
