Buick park avenues seem to run rampant with instrument panel cluster problems but usually only effect a few of the gauges or certain led locations like the shift indicator. If everything is not working on the dash I'd start by looking for a fuse that went out. If not a fuse and you have to dig into the cluster there are several videos on YouTube and an article on instructables to guide you
