Can I just replace 2nd and 3rd gear in my 1998 Dodge ram 1500 manual transmission

There is no 2nd gear and 3rd gear grinds unless at
1000 rpm or less

The tranny can be rebuilt just replacing damaged parts- that "grinding" third gear sounds like a bad clutch tho- maybe you just can't get it into second gear- if you keep grinding, you WILL damage the gears-
