i cant get my gear stick to go in drive it will not move.

I left my sunroof open in my 2005 cm
vanden plans jaguar. It rain so my inside of
my car got wet.so it took around 20
minutes before all the lights check imagine
all dash board light to go off. Now my car
gear box stick will not go into drive. The
gear box also got soaked wet.Could any
body help me please. I can't drive the car all
the dash board check engine all of them are
off but I can't put it into gear to drivr

i would check the anti theft system on the car. the rain may have the car thinking that someone tried to steal it would check your owner manual or call and ask dealer how to reset the anti theft system.. but i am guessing at this i dont know much about jaguar but may have similarity to for anti theft device
