why my jetta3 can't stand a normal weight of 4 passangers plus driver at the back?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I load three passengers plus myself everything is ok
but when load four passenger plus myself or add goods at
the back,the body touches the tyre and damages it on the left
back side of the car only.i changed all four shocks and their
springs but still no change.please any idea what's going on?

Too much weight, get some air shocks for the rear, this should correct the issue
