2008 Camry with 152000 miles, transmission fluid never changed, it is dark in color now, should it be chnaged?

Absolutely, especially with the discoloration. I'm guessing it has a funny smell to it as well. I would change it every 50,000 just to be safe. Best of luck!

This is a TOPIC of intense debut.. Some "experts" say never change it as do some manufacturers! The other camp wants it changed every 6 Months or whatever! I'll leave that to those whom it matters.. IF your concerned I suggest having a sample of it Lab tested "see what in it" and It's NOT expensive to have it analyzed.

While I agree with debating among experts portion, if discoloration has presented itself, it is time for a change. I only mentioned to change every 50,000 as precaution and safety net.
