Noisy tappets

I have a 2008 Honda Accord 2.4L and the tappets are getting quite noisy. I
change the oil every 10,000km with Magnatec 10/40 which I am told is right
for this car. Does my car have hydraulic tappet lifters and if not should I get
them adjusted

Get them adjusted before you burn an exhaust valve, they're recommended to be done every 30,000 miles I believe.
