Low coolant
My low Coolant message has come on but the reservoir is not low, and the
truck in not over heating, everything seems to be working just fine.

Some of those coolant bottles utilize a floating ball on a rod. Sometimes they get stuck at the bottom when the coolant was low, then get stuck there, giving a false reading. Take a look inside your bottle and see if needs a bump or two. Some bottles have a sensor that may need to be replaced.
