trunk iwll not open with key or button in car

2009 Hyundai genesis trunk will not open from car button or remote key help

I believe there is a switch in the trunk,at the lock mechanism,that allows the trunk to not be opened by those methods, can you get to the trunk from the back seat that folds down is so youy can release the trunk by the safety tag, that opens trunk in case anybody gets locked in.

Disable button in glove box. Push it.

2009-2013 doesn't have fold down rear seats. (Bummer). But theres a disable button in the glove box. Check that.
