could i have bend a valve if my timing belt broke on a 2002 PT? 2.4L

Yes,this engine is a interference engine,meaning if belt broke more than likely you have head damage,have the compression checked on engine before replacing the belt,may need head work,sorry to be bearing bad new,s to you,good luck with it,
