Question type: General

I just became a Customer Service Manager at a Chevrolet dealership and I want to learn all about the cars.  This week I am learning about the Corvette.  What are the differences in the different suspensions?

Different years offered different suspension options. Get a service book on Corvettes and look. Some are set, others have magnetic ride that a dial changes the load rate on the shocks, others have race, stock, or medium selections. Depending on the year and options offered. There should not be one set answer, as there are a lot of options offered throughout the Corvette year runs. Older Vettes had spring rate and shock differences offered, and as the cars got more complex, so did the choice of suspensions. Study hard my friend. Good service writers are hard to find that know Corvettes well. Learn it and they will come.
