What's causing my engine to idle down to where it may shut down the engine while stopped at a red light?

when in gear at a light or stop sign m suv idles down to where I have to use 2 feet to keep
it idled up. just had a major tune-up

Had that problem myself. I disconnected battery for 3 min to reset computer
