i have a 95 silverado,1500,4+4..the trany pulls but seens like something is holding it back..i checked the trans fuse and there;s no power running throu it...could it be a sensor?

If there is no power at the transmission fuse than you need to find out where it draws its source voltage from and inspect that component and continuity of the wire that feeds that fuse. you should have a 4l60e which is an electronically controlled transmission, so im failing to see how it operates at all...
