1999 dodge ram 1500 v8 magnum runs good then while driving looses power and dies, after 20 minutes cool down. it cranks and runs good till it happens again. I have changed fuel pump 4000 miles ago.

the only fuel filter is in tank.  on fuel
pump.

fuel pressure regulator as well as the camshaft control sensor need to be replaced. i had the same issues so i said hell with it and replaced everything.

I have a familiar problem but i cant find that part i found crank shaft postion senor is that the same

I have the same problem. Ur pcm is cracked. Its the computer of ur truck. When it heats up the crack expands and u lose connection. U need a new pmc.
