01 1500 Chevy Silverado no reverse whines when started in all gears

Hi guys so I just bought a Chevy with 110xxx miles
on it with a new driveshaft and I've had it for two
weeks every day when I started it ran fine reverse
you would hear a clunk or step on gas to fast I
would hear a clunk or slowing to 20 you would hear
it..I put it in reverse yesterday and lost reverse now
it whines...something simple or a new tranny?

I just did a tranny flush and a new filter 2 weeks ago,you think maybe it just got gunked up? Or it's fried
