Hyundai Recall: UNDERBODY CORROSION

I'm looking to buy my first car and one of the vehicles I have narrowed down my
search to (2008 Hyundai Accent GLS) has a recall for underbody corrosion
preventative service on its CarFax report. I'm wondering if this is something I
should be concerned about?

The only thing worse than an old Hyundai is an old, rusty Hyundai.
