tried everything most all i guess and no matter what cant seem to get brake lights to work

and the turn signal switch brake are run thru that also..and you checked/changed the bulbs??

Is the switch making contact with the peddle when the breaks are off? It activates when the peddle is depressed. Simple adjustment that can be knocked out of whack when hit by a toe of a shoe or boot.
