I replaced the fuel pump on a 2000 chevy silverado 4.3. Now the engine is rumming rough and sounds like it has a bad miss in it. I also replaced the wires cap and plugs.

I have a 2001 Silverado 1500 4.3 v6. I bought it used about a year ago, it throws the code "camshaft to crankshaft position correlation fault" and it has a slight miss that is worse when it's wet out. 4 Answers
