Sounds like there are some leaking fuel injectors. To verify do a fuel bleed down test. Hook a fuel pressure gauge up to the Schrader Valve, build up fuel pressure by turning the key to the on position. Turn the key off once fuel pressure has built up. Take note of the fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should not bleed down more than 5 lbs. in three minutes. Depending on what size this engine is, determines on what parts would need to be replaced.
