Tapping on 04 silverado

I just changed the oil pan gasket now the motor
had a tap coming from the oil pan can anyone tell
me what to do next

My next step would be to check the oil pressure with an external test gauge , if it's good , remove the valve covers and rotate engine by hand an check each rockers valve lifter to pushrod clearance , and looks closely at the valve springs # 7 particularly
