I just changed the intake manifold gasket because i had a vacuum leak. I checked for
other leaks and couldnt find any. What else could cause this? I have changed every
sensor on my engine and cleaned at of my plugs.

Maybe a catalytic converter problem. When they get plugged up they will cause loss of power.
There are no catalytic converters on the truck. I took them off before because they were clogged. I have a temp exhaust installed. Would my O2 sensors have anything to do with it? Plugged in or unplugged?

it could. they could be making your truck run to rich or to lean since there are no catalytic converters.
Okay thank you. I will get new catalytic converters installed and go from there.
