Oil temperature usually runs 10 to 20 degrees above the coolant temperature when at full operating temperature. If you drive it hard it will get higher. What is your oil temperature running?

See if you have oil cooler lines from the engine to radiator if so also check that your fans are working correctly. If they are you may be better off replacing the radiator if its clogged up or adding a (larger) external oil cooler.
