Did you check the coil? And all so check the coil module in the distributor?

After checking for spark ,if both of them are good, check the fuel pressure ,may be a bad fuel pump.

ICM on top of the dist. If you turn the key, and hear the pump buzzing you have fuel. Pull the air cleaner off and watch to see if your injectors are spraying, if not it's the ICM. The ICM is on the distributor and has two plugs going to it. It's held down by two screws. Replace it with a deco and you're good to go.

Possible computer problem, beside the master cylinder (on a '94 GMC) If computer is exposed to moisture condensation, it can fail to provide ignition.
