I'd use an analog gage in place of the oil pressure sending unit to double check oil pressure. I don't have the oil pressure spec for your vehicle. In the old days, they used to say, min 10 psi for every 1k rpm, warm engine. Use the proper oil pressure specs, if you can find it. So your oil level is ok? how many miles on engine? If you have hi mileage engine, not sure replacing oil pump will fix? Sure, the oil pressure sending unit could have a problem? good luck.
