Thinking about buying a 2000 Grand cherokee. Help!

I am thinking about buying a 2000 Jeep grand cherokee. The guy im buying it from has babied it and put a lot of extras on it. Lifted, new tired, new seats, navigation, roof rack, extra lights. It looks absolutely perfect but it has 145k on it. Thats what concerns me. What should i be worried about. He wants 8k for it. i love the jeep and it looks perfect I just need advice on whether I am going to need to put money and work into it int he next year. Heres the craigslist link. thank you!

The miles could be a problem if it has not been maintained properly or if its been abused. How ever if it been well maintained it shouldn't be a problem I would advise as always before any vehicle purchase have it looked over by a technician you trust before buying it .In the old days anything over a 100k was a death sentence, but engine and transmissions have come a long way in the last 13 years and I'm seeing vehicles with 200 to 300 k all the time now.
