2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee shake

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2001 grand Cherokee that’s been giving me
issues lately. I was experiencing shaking when
accelerating and had my exhaust replaced. Didn’t seem to
help much, has motor mounds checked and can’t find
problem. The Jeep shakes when accelerating at low
speeds. But if I’m on the highway and put my foot all the
way down it stops completely. Only shakes in drive,
neutral and park is fine.

Do you think? It shakes on the highway as well if accelerating at low rpms but when I push the pedal harder it stops completely.
Wheel imbalance causes resonance at any speed: either low speed or high speed. The vehicle vibrates hard whenever driving at that resonance speed. In your case it seems that your resonance is at low speed,
Just got the all 4 tires balanced and rotated, didn’t seem to help much. I feel as though it may be the wheel bearing too because a few months ago I had to remove the wheel bearing and knuckle because I was trying to replace the wheel speed sensor and the bolt broke off Inside. And I was told that once wheel bearings are removed and put back on they tend to go bad.
