Transfer case chain removal

How do you remove the chain in the transfer case
to remove 4 wheel drive

Bad idea. I suppose you could install a 2wd transmission but fixing the problem is a better idea.

If you don't want 4WD the just remove the front driveline. If your chain is bad in the transfer case then replace it. If you aren't familiar with chain replacement procedures then don't attempt because guaranteed you will screw it up.
