What is the estimated time and cost to change out
an engine with EGR valve on a 2005 Jeep Grand
Cherokee Limited? Need an engine replacement
and looking for average cost and time to complete

Any garage can quote you a price. The defining item in cost revolves around the shops hourly labor rate. This varies greatly depending on where you live. Figure in 10 hours probably. So anywhere from 1200 - 1500 dollars. This does not include the cost of the engine of course. Good luck.
