my 03 grand am will not say anything won't even turn over and the battery won't stay charged help

Have battery tested. If it test good then have it fully charge. Clean all battery connections and make sure they are tight. When you first get it back to running go have your alternator tested. If it's not putting out 14.5 volts your battery will go dead again.
