my car is making a clicking when I speed

i have 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix and I noticed wnen I put my foot on the accelator to
speed it make the clicking noise.

Sounds like a front axle going out. Not an emergency. I've been driving mine like that for almost a year, but they don't last forever. Consider doing front bearings while you're at it. They don't last for ever either.
