Remote start

The old key fob I had did not work so I just bought
a new one and got it programmed every button on
the remote works except the remot start, my check
engine light is not on but every time I try the remote
start on my display it says it's disabled, why?!

the remote start may have a different frequency than the other buttons. Ask dealer or whoever did it to program for the remote start, should be easy if its a factory-installed remote start.
