Try adding some Lucas Power Steering stop leak it not only stops leaks but also corrects hard steering.

You should try the Lucas first worked great on a vehicle my friend owned as soon as he added it to his power steering the hard steering was gone. I am telling you it is worth a try.

Should I drain reservoir and fill completely with Lucas or just mixx it??

If you have somethings like a old turkey baster or take a old spray bottle sprayer and put the straw end into power steering reservoir and spray most of fluid out of the reservoir into a container then fill with the Lucas.
