2002 Subaru Forester

2002 Subaru Forester turn ignition no electric at
all. Battery is fully charged. Won't come out of park  
when stepping on brake.

Maybe the battery cables and battery connections are corroded.

My best guess too. But check the main "fuse" while you're removing and scouring the cable connectors and battery posts. Note that the positive brass double-ring cable connector may have eroded away, so have a $2 heavy one on hand to rebuild nicely, as 15 years is a long time for these brass rings.
