03 Subaru forester bogging down

I recently bought a Subaru forester for a individual.
I has been sitting for a while. But started right up. I
drove about 10 miles and it acts like it bogging
down. So I drain all the gas out and put 93 octane
in it and sea foam. Changed the plugs and fuel
filter. Still doing the same thing any thing someone
else can think of.

Check the cat and if it is OK drive it for a while as fuel system cleaner takes a while to work.
