changed engines starts today but might not start tommorow

changed engines, started just fine after change but the next morning it woulld
not start. checked everything  it now starts ansometime it want   also having
problems with it shifting gears had no problems before changing engine now
all this is happing what went wrong ?

There is a cable from the black positive battery terminal going to the chassis and also to the Engine block...this cable must carry at least 50 amps..that's why its so FAT~...be sure that it is there and also that it's prepared to carry that level of current~ certainly do not want a weak sister...or to depend on control linkages to carry this level of power...think that might be it....dodgey ground~ ...yep~
