i have a 1994 toyota camery the car quit running yesterday and had to be towed home the car will not start it turns over has spark and the spark plugs are damp with fuel. the dist cap, plugs and plug wires are only one month old. the fuel pump and fuel filter are less than a year old.the injectors have 12 volts to one wire and the other wire pulses when cranking. any suggestions

Try squirting some starting fluid into the intake. If it fires up for a second, that should tell you that you have a fuel delivery issue. I would then put a pressure gauge to it and see what you have for pressure. It may be delivering too much fuel also. Try replacing your engine coolant temp sensor. Pull a couple of your plugs and look at them. If they are all black, then that's a sign of a rich mixture. Also check your fuses and see if you have one that says ECT. Should be a schematic on the underside of the fuse box cover.
