My 2003 Celica cuts off after I put gas in, engine light comes on. I have replaced purge valve, and gas cap. Still cutting off after putting a few dollars of gas in.

Still sounds like an emissions issue. With the engine light coming on, should get the vehicle scanned for the trouble codes. I bet there is a problem with the canister.

I am guessing this means the charcoal canister? I assuming there is no other option? Part is very expensive, but that is kind of what we narrowed it down to. Hope you are right? Thank you so much.
