Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2000 corolla, rough idle only on cold starts, but once warm up seems fine, runs fine on
freeway; 0171 code, sometimes 0300, 302,304; decided to change fuel filter and strainer,
now the car will not start; gasoline fuel made it to the  the SST hose, by the fuel tube
connection. what could be wrong?
