weird issue suddenly just the driver side power window only moves a little bit like something is blocking it? i push the switch back and forth,it moves but just a little both ways

just the driver side window has the issue,this happend out of no where! its
stuck about an inch from the top and only moves a half inch either way like
something is blocking it. i can hear a crunch sound sometimes when press the
switch back and fourth quickly but i cant get it all the wayup or down

replace window regulator, easy job 10mm nuts, advanced auto parts sells them around a 100 bucks
