What is causing my brakes to make noise?

My 2005 Toyota Sienna is making a noise and the foot brake vibrates when I apply my
brakes, I already put in new brakes, added a new rotator and and changed the bearings
and it still makes the noise.

Sounds like maybe your anti-lock brakes are engaging. Have someone with a abs code scanner see if there are any codes on the computer.
