Would this be a gasket problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1998 Chevy S10 4.3L. This morning
I was driving to Walmart and the tempature
rose to 250 and shut itself down. I waited
about 20 minutes and started her up and
she started smoking so I shut it off and
popped the hood. I noticed my resivoir for
my antifreeze was empty and than checked
radiator and it was empty also. I put a gallon
of antifreeze and 2 gallons of water in and
started it back up. I than proceeded to drive
it home and she started smoking out the
exhaust. I babied it home got home shut it
off and noticed it was leaking oil and
antifreeze mixed Im pretty sure. I popped
the hood and noticed the same liquid on the
top of my engine. I pulled the plastic cover
off for the throttle body and it was also filled
with the liquid. I was wondering what your
thoughts would be on this and what it could
be?

Would that make oil shoot all over the out side of the engine and has the hole throttle body full of oil and it even filled the air filter tube and soaked the air filter

The liquid under compression in the cylinder has to escape somewhere, u can't compress a liquid. Don't crank anymore u can ruin engine. Sorry! At least that's my best guess of ur problem.

It was a bad manifold gasket took pics and start to end it was pretty bad but cleanded it all up put it back together..first time going to start her i primed the fuel pump a couple times went tocturn the key over engine made a bad clunking kind of sound went up in smoke i got out smoke cleared i couldnt see nothing wrong had my wife get in and turn it over this time it sound a thousand times worse key was over maybe 7 seconds i yelled for her to quit the sceond before she did all you hear is a big boom and engine fired up but me and the hole street are getting over ran after a minute smoke quit coming out of the engine idle sounded alittle bit better still blue smoke out the exhaust bad about a solid two minutes of that than it turned white for about a minute than cleared up engine went to a very smooth idle o and i put some motor flush in it let it idle for 8 minutes shut it down pulled the drain plug 10 gallons of oil and antifreeze is what i pulled out put in new antifreeze and oil most pricey oil filter i could buy drove it 500 miles did a oil change and its now been 4,000 miles later not one problem oil it very clean like it should be
